I've seen a lot of conflicting discussion threads on this. I left ZohoCRM a while back because Solve360 offered a bulletproof 2-way contacts sync with (non-paid) Gmail. ZohoCRM does several things better than Solve360, but that feature is non-negotiable for me.
Does Zoho now have, or is it planning to offer, 2-way contacts sync without having to upgrade to paid Google Apps? I realize that I would need the paid version of ZohoCRM, but it's obviously possible since Solve360 does this well.
