We need a CRM structure where we can track Veteran's wanting vacations, Volunteers for events or daily tasks, Property donors, financial donors, etc. 

The problem is how do we create these isnteaad of "lead" or "contact" but also what if a Veteran Vacation becomes a voluntter?
