Non-Sales Pipelines? Better solution?

I am new to Zoho and migrating from PipeDrive, so I may be missing something obvious here.

PipeDrive had unlimited pipelines, so in addition to the traditional 'sales' pipelines, we had two pipelines that were not really sales-related.

In one case, we were tracking guests on our podcast and there were stages like prospect, pre-interview, interview, production, etc.

In another case, we were tracking engagements where our team appear on other podcasts with stages like pitched, scheduled, released, etc.

In both of these cases, all of the deals had $0 values, so they were not really sales related but more marketing related.  In trying to duplicate our set up in Zoho, I am running into a limit on the number of pipelines allowed.

Is there a different way to handle "pipelines" like this outside of the CRM and sales realm?
