None of my flows are working

None of my flows are working

Hello my friends, we are really strugling here to advance in our projects but we have this bug problem, once we create our flows we test them, (a Zoho Form connected to Zoho books in orider to create an Contact from the form) and it works awesome, but when we add a mail block (Gmail or Zoho Mail) to send an email confirmation to the client with some fields like Contact ID, all the flows stop working, they are not being triggered, so we have to erase them and all the connection and start again, we cant add the mails blocks because they stopo working
