On should be able to create a campaign using leads that are already in the database..

It is a serious functional omission not to provide this capability. It would be mute if all leads of a campaign turn into immediate clients but, often repeated campaigning is needed to get to that stage.

Thanks for considering this request. That request was made a few months ago, I believe.
