Hi I asked a question about deluge and very efficiently it was answered with some code. Unfortunately the code did not work and on asking again it was suggested that i send a phone number in. Obviously this is less than ideal as we run a busy office and i am not always here, plus i do sometimes find it hard to follow conversations on the phone which involve code and overseas callers. Is it not possible to book a slot on chat as i do with other companies or even an online login.
The problem often is that the forum is a great place but so many questions are answered privately so information does not then get shared.
Still a great product thou.
