Not able to access multiple apps

Not able to access multiple apps

I am unable to add following applications: Books, Expense, Payroll

1) When I tried to add the application "Expense", the following error occurred:
"ZohoOneException: UNKNOWN_ERROR: The organization you are trying to join is deleted. Please contact support@zohoexpense.com for further assistance."


2) When I tried to add another user to Zoho Books, following error occurred:
"ServiceOrg is not active"


Please let me know how to proceed. I tried to write multiple emails but did not get support from Zoho One in India.
