Not able to access the admin mail
Not able to access the admin mail
For the domain neetfortn.in the parent or admin email id is
webadmin@neetfortn.in
. Using this we created one user id address by name
contentteam@neetfortn.in
.
We are able to access
contentteam@neetfortn.in
but not the main email id
webadmin@neetfortn.in
. I understand the controlpanel has to be accessed from this id but am not able to access the same. The error message I receive is Invalid mail address.
Please check and do the needful.
