I set up a pop3 account. Shouldnt I be able to click on an email inside ZohoCRM and send it to that contact? Instead it opens up my gmail client and wants me to send it through there???
Please advise. I am trialing the software..but if I cant get a simple thing like that to work, will have to pass. Should be automatical and intuitive once Ive set up the POP3 successfully,, which Ive done. Any help would be appreciated as Ive already sent 2 emails to the person who first welcomed me to Zoho and said they would be available for issues but still have not heard back from them.
