Not able to get past the security measure!

Hi, 

I signed up on zoho to make a customised Email Address. However, it asks me to enter my Phone Number to sync my phone number with the account for security purposes. When I enter my Mobile Number and Password, it keeps returning the message 'invalid password' due to which I am not able to send code to my phone and move further in the process of creating my Email address.

Can someone please help me out with this. I am also attaching a screenshot for your reference.
