Not able to re-invite a user

Hi Zoho CRM Support-

I created a new user and she had issues logging in so I de-activated the account and re-activiated it, but when I tried to re-invite her I get the error below. She has an account in another Zoho CRM, but not with that email, @corpcrop domain is unique to my company. I looked at the more details but it didn't help, please advise how to fix this. The user you are trying to re-invite is already part of another Zoho CRM Account.

There are two options before you re-invite:

1. Specify a different email address for the user.
2. If you want to use the same Email address, please ask the user to change the Email address associated with the other Zoho CRM Account. For more details, click here.
