Not able to receive any mails.

Hi

There seems to be problem with my mail account. Not able to receive any mails to the account linked with ID Ashish.shah@handimeds.com, however I can send mails using the same ID.

Reading numerous posts relating to the same issue isn't being much of any help.

Would really appreciate if the issue could be solved at earliest.
