Not able to receive emails from specific clients

Hi,

I am NOT able to receive mails from certain IDs though I can send them emails. 

When I ran MX tool box, I received these errors:
  1. http -  The remote name could not be resolved: 'barrio.in' (http://barrio.in) [Host: barrio.in]
  2. dmarc - Missing or Invalid Record [Host: barrio.in]
  3. dns - SOA Expire Value out of recommended range [Host: barrio.in]
  4. smtp - Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner [Host: mx2.zoho.com]
  5. smtp - Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner [Host: mx.zoho.com]
  6. smtp -  6.657 seconds - Warning on Transaction Time [Host: mx.zoho.com]
TXT record details: Name: barrio.in , value - "v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com" , Status - Active

Please help me resolving this issue,
