Not Able to recieve mails in ZOHO mail account

Not Able to recieve mails in ZOHO mail account

I have created MX records and CNAME correctly, I am able to send mails but i am not able to receive mails from other mail accounts. could you please suggest me a checklist for ZOHO mail setup or please drop a mail to praneeth.bhargav@gmail.com
