I was using IMail on Mac and suddenly it wouldn't send out emails.Receiving is fine.  I tried restart and everything. When I log on to server from brewer, I am able to send and receive. 

I also tried to set up on my iPhone and on outlook, they have the same problem. I followed the instruction carefully  https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/outlook-imap-access.html#alink4. 

Please help.
