Not all accounts showing on iPhone app ??

Not all accounts showing on iPhone app ??

Hi there,
 
Wondering if I could get some explanation as to why not all Accounts show up on the iPhone app?
 
Thought it may have something to do with 3G connection vs Wifi, to minimise data usage, but that aint it...
