Not answer from support with IMAP-outlook problems
Hi,
I wrote two emails to
support@zohomail.com 1 and 2 days ago, and still i haven`t received any answer.
I reported some frequent problems receiving email via IMAP with Outlook 2011 for MAC. All of our account are being affected. Problems like:
- Outlook cannot find the mail server.
- Outlook keeps asking credentials (user/pwd) even without changes made
