Not efficient to add contacts to zoho mail or crm
It used to be simple to add a contact in zoho crm. In the lower right hand corner you would click on an icon and just add the information. For over six months it has been very difficult. The icon is no longer an option. When you wnat to add information from an email like phone numbers etc. to the contact record by clicking on the name in Mail...you can no longer see the telephone information.
Will this ever be improved???
