Not getting Email notification for Bounced Email

Hello,

We need to get email notification for Bounced email that are sent using Zoho Campaign.We are pushing member status from Zoho Campaign to Zoho CRM in a field  'Campaign Status'. This field is getting updated perfectly, but the workflow rule on updating of 'Campaign Status' is not working even it contains 'Bounced'. 'Campaign Status' updating doesn't trigger the workflow action?

How can we get notification email for bounced email? Any help would be appreciated.
