We have tested this with multiple accounts and users to confirm. In the task reminder there is an option to choose a time and date for an email reminder to be sent to you. These are not coming through.
The users emails are correct in zoho. The time, accounts, dates, and reminders are all correct and set. None of the email reminders are coming through, but we are getting account change notifications when I switch account owners.
There is no spam/junk setting on it.
Is there any thought on if this is a bug or a solution?
