I HAVE TO REFRESH MY DESKTOP TO GET EMAILS TO COME IN AND I CANNOT GET ANY EMAILS ON MY IPHONE USING ZOHO APP UNLESS I FIRST REFRESH ON THE DESKTOP.
YOU GUYS HAD SIMILAR LATENCY ISSUES A FEW MONTHS AGO. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE IDENTIFIED THE ISSUE.
A FEW DAYS AGO BEFORE ALL OF THIS HAPPENED, I STARTED GETTING THE ATTACHED ERROR MESSAGE. THE ERROR MESSAGE IS NOW GONE BUT EMAIL LATENCY IS NOW HAPPENING.
THIS IS NOT A CACHE ISSUE BECAUSE I CLEARED CACHES AND IT DOES IT ON MY DESKTOP BUT ALSO 2 LAPTPS.
SENT EMAILS TO SUPPORT BOTH FOR ZOHO MAIL AND ZOHO CRM THIS MORNING AND NEVER HEARD BACK.
