Not getting emails - ZOHO paid email.

I am not receiving emails and sending is greatly delayed. I tried to call in but never got to a human. No bounce back is being sent to accounts sending emails to me but I am getting timeout errors in outlook via POP. IMAP is not getting the errors.

Seems to have started yesterday and got to the point it's completely broken as of this morning.
