Really not happy. Having spoken to 4 Zoho employees we still dont have a proper fix for our Industry field in CRM. What we have is a work-around that is of no real use to us. Unfortunately we lost a days work yesterday and feel we deserve some sort of compensation for our time. Also, although we now have a fix for our campaigns problem, we are still not able to achieve our contact sync because we have to wait until 5pm this evening, having been working on this since last Friday.
