I spoke with support and they told me thath not have an option to disable the bell icon notification but only the email notification. Also they told my that you do have a road map on implementing the option to disable it and i can expect it in near future.

I open this topic because is crucial feature and it will be better discused here and informed when available. The problem is that when you have in the bell 99 notifacations equals zero. Is the same as you do not have notifications. I suggest the notifications settings to be the same as email plus a switch in each project to let you decide if you want notification for everything that happens in the particular project even when you are not assigned etc. This is because there to basic ways of use the Zoho projects. The one is based on TASKS in a general project and the same in a strict project or milestone and there are many times that in my team i need to be informed for what happen in this project even when the work is not mine.
