Hello,
I can send email by the CRM, since a lead or contact, and i see the send email, but
when I have a respond to this email, I can see it in Zoho Mail and My Yahoo, but I can't see it in the form of lead or contact.
So when I send mail from the CRM party emails, emails are not visible in emails sent
zoho mail and my yahoo account, there is there some particular setting to be done to remedy this problem?
