Not receiveng and not able to send mails....again!

We are again not able to send and receive emails. IMAP ans SMTP server are down.
Problem like this occurs about once a month and we are of course not on a free plan. info@asia-market.it paypal@asia-market.it
Please solve asap or let us know.
