Not receiving all email to account

Hello,

I am working with a client that is not receiving her email to her mail account. Certain emails will appear (direct from certain other email addresses) but she has a contact form that upon submitting, it does not appear in any of her mailboxes. Does not appear in her spam or anywhere. When we change the email address in the form to another email, it appears right away, so we know it is not the form issue.

We have tried adjusting the spam filters, filters for directing them right to the inbox, but nothing shows up.

Any way to see what the issue is?
