We have noticed that our zoho account is getting the mail from other server like gmail is delaying or sometime it is not receiving at all. Zoho server to Zoho server is OK but delaying a bit.  Can you please help us find out what could be the problem?

And it has another error that we can't get any mail to its zoho id from the site contact form (contact form is working fine - that we checked with another zoho linked ids)
