Hi!

I have one issue in Zoho CRM.

Recently I had an opportunity to receive an email notification after somebody writes @myname + text inside the deal or lead, but now I only have small notification on the top right side of the screen and no email at all.

And also my colleagues have the same, it is really inconvenient, because you do not get direct email.

Could you please suggest what to do in this case?
