Not receiving email from my server, other email works

Hi Team,
When I use other email ex abc@yahoo.com or abc@gmail.com then mail sent from my server is properly received at both these email but when I use my domain zohomail abc@mydomain.com then it never works.
I have been trying to resolve this issue since long and never found solution, the support team replies after 2-3 months.

You are requested to please check this issue for me. My server name though which I am sending email is server.playkix.com

MX and DNS records are properly set and my mails are working for sending and receiving.
