not receiving email, need the unique zb code to reconfigure godaddy domain

Accidentally de dns file in godaddy got deleted and now I'm unable to receive emails, but to reconfigure I need to unique zb code.

Given that I previously verified my domain, I'm unable to access the zb code from the control panel
