Not Receiving Email via Imap In Mac Mail, SMTP works fine though

Hi, Im having issues receiving emails via IMAP in my Mac Mail client. They appear fine in my in my zoho mail but will not come though to my client,

The SMTP is working fine and I can send messages out, thus I know my password is correct and settings are working but still no emails :-/

Can you please try and help with this.
