Not receiving emails

I have a problem with my Zoho mail account, Here I can able to send mails from my account but I cant able to receive any.
i have tried sending emails to the Zoho account from my Gmail account but it showing " Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:" message from google with the following error

Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain intracotrading.com by intracotrading.com .
Could anyone please tell me a solution for this
