Not receiving emails

I signed up for an account yesterday. I tried out some tester emails, and everything seemed to be working fine, but as of this morning my Zoho account has not received any of my emails. I know this, because I have my account set up to forward my mail to a Gmail address as well. All of my mail shows up in the forwarding account, but it's not showing up in my proper Zoho account. I tried logging out and logging back in, but that didn't work. I've seen that a few other people have had the same issue, but I'm not seeing any answers on how to fix it.
