Hi there, today we noticed we are not consistently receiving incoming email.
A few test email sent from our personal accounts to Zoho mail accounts about one hour ago have not yet been received.
We already experienced serious malfunctioning last Monday, causing us to loose important emails: this is a huge problem, as our clients rely on email to contact us.
Please advise on how this is being corrected on your end, or if we can take any steps to correct it on ours.
