Since today we've been having email problems. We can't receive them in some accounts on Outlook 2016 and on Apple Mail on MAC. We can only view the emails on the webmail page. These are IMAP accounts, have been working fine until today, besides some delay receiving them and not being able to mark them as read on outlook. No changes have been made on the accounts config.
Chat support has not worked at all and no replies form the support team by email.
