Not receiving emails from all senders

I am not receiving emails from all senders. Some emails come through, I can't figure out how zoho is deciding which ones to allow...

The senders are not getting bounced emails/delivery failures and the sent items are not being filtered to my spam box.

Any ideas on what the issue is?
