I'm testing out Zoho as an alternative to gmail for my client, they currently use gsuite/google apps for their other business.

All emails I send from google free accounts come through fine, everything from gsuite account does not arrive, and so far also there has been no bounce message.

Any ideas what could be causing this? I've tried from a couple of unrelated gsuite accounts with the same result, but standard @gmail.com accounts come through immediately.
