I've seen this in other forum threads but the solutions posted don't seem to be helping. I sent an email to support at zohomail and am waiting to hear back, thought I'd try here. My spf record (at namecheap) is:
v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com include:servers.mcsv.net include:shops.shopify.com ~all
"include:shops.shopify.com" seems to be what is suggested to fix this problem but I'm still not receiving emails from my contact form:
The form works fine, as if I change Shopify settings to a different email address, I get emails through the form just fine, but as soon as I change it to my domain email, I receive nothing in my inbox or spam folder.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
