Not receiving emails from other email providers such as Gmail or AOL.

Hi there,

I recently set up domain connection email through ZOHO mail and I am not receiving emails from other email providers.I have tried to trouble shoot everything and I have all green checkmarks but nothing seems to still be working. The domain I am trying to connect os grandeurmedia.co.

The error message I am receiving from the Mail Delivery Subsystem through gmail is as follows.

Message not delivered

Your message couldn't be delivered to jack@grandeurmedia.cobecause the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information.

The response was:

550 Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client. mail-pf0-f177.google.com [209.85.192.177]:32924 is not permitted to relay through this server without authentication.
