I am an attorney and I receive notice regarding case filings, etc via email. In a case I currently have, I have learned that I am not receiving emails from any email address that ends in "usdoj.gov." This is obviously unacceptable and has caused me great distress, almost causing me to be sanctioned by the Federal Judge overseeing my case. The emails are not going into spam or junk folders. They are just never arriving at all. I finally gave the US attorney my hotmail address to cc me on his next communication. Sure enough, his email arrives in my hotmail inbox...and still nothing in zoho.
I have been a zoho user since you guys first started...and I keep trying to give the service another chance...but I have had a LOT of problems over the years with email, and this one was incredibly bad and career-endiing. Can you tell me why I am not receiving email communications from usdoj.gov addresses?
