Not receiving emails from Wix site

When someone uses the contact form on my Wix site I receive an email to my zoho account, however when someone makes a booking on my site I receive nothing. Wix said all is fine their end.

I tried changing to a gmail account and trying to forward to my zoho account but nothing comes through. Gmail says all is fine their end.

Can someone help? MX settings all updated.
