Not Receiving Emails (in hosted zoho accounts only) from Website's Contact Form

I've set up a website for my neighborhood association, and started to use zoho mail hosting for nice email addresses. However, I found quickly that emails from our website's contact form are never delivered to any of the hosted zoho mail accounts.

They ARE delivered to my personal @gmail.com account and to a personal @zoho.com account. The zoho account is the super admin for the hosted service.

I'm at a loss.
