Not receiving emails part of a e-mail chain

When a person tries to respond to an e-mail chain which has 29 mails and worked fine until today, I don't receive anything and the following message is sent to the sender:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

     ezm@elenazaera.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain elenazaera.com by mx.zoho.com. [165.254.167.50].

The error that the other server returned was:
554 5.2.3 MailPolicy violation Error delivering to mailboxes

I have send e-mails from another account and operated perfectly, also test from other e-mail chains. Is there any limit of the number of e-mails at a chain? or there has been any kind of technical failure? If there was a limit, would it be possible to increase it?
