Not receiving emails since yesterday morning..
I'm having the same problem as some other threads here. I originally posted this in one of those threads, but realized it was almost a week old and marked solved. So hopefully this is handled here quicker since this issue has been on going for over 24 hours with no resolve.
I am not receiving any emails forward to my zoho mail since yesterday morning.. a red box at the top says, "The Server could not be connected. Check whether the Server is available to connect in the given name and port number."
In another thread it was recommended to check MX records? So I'm doing that, but then I had some more thoughts..
..it dawned on me.
a) my main email which I was originally referencing is forwarded from gmail (my email@domainname.com emails go there first before being forwarded for just such an occasion as this..).. and they are showing up in gmail. Interesting..
b) I have another email account set up in zoho mail that also receives emails forwarded from gmail. I just checked and.. drum roll... I haven't had any emails in there since early yesterday.
'b' is significant because it's not an @domainname.com ...it's just a gmail email address.
Any other ideas please?
