Not receiving emails sometimes
Hi Zoho Team,
Recently I noticed that I am not receiving e-mails from some recipients. These are our clients and it is quite embarrassing. A month ago a colleague of mine told a similar story, but we dismissed it.
Now it is serious, and it affects our business. I have to call other customers and ask them if they have sent any emails to me recently, because possibly I didn't receive them.
Why is this happening? How to solve it?
