Hi
Our incoming emails are not being received. our outgoing emails are going and emails from within our domain (capricorn.net.in) are also being received. Incoming emails from outside our domain are not being received.
We are using the ZOHOMAIL under the domain capricorn.net.in. The adminstrative email id is
pnbhaskaran@capricorn.net.in.
We have checked with our domain provider and he has confirmed that the pointers are correctly placed. They have also sent a screen shot of the same for our reference. This has been forwarded to
support@zohomail.com today.
We require a solution to this problem asap since our incoming emails are stuck and business is suffering.
Please resolve the problem for us at the earliest.
