Not receiving mail

Mail services have been down all weekend starting september 26. Sometimes there is a small delay of let's say an hour in receiving mails, however, right now I am receiving mails from 2 days ago. Luckily I DO still get them but I sincerely hope I get ALL delayed email. Understandably, I can never check which emails I do not get. 
I already submitted two tickets about this issue with no response. Are you even aware of this problem? An hour delay is fine at times but I simply can't have delays of multiple days in my emails, IF I ever get them at all. I changed nothing in my settings and am using this service for over a year. I am also using wordpress to map my domain to ZOHO.
I'm hoping for a response.
