Dear Sir,

I'm new on Zoho. Configured my account as guided but unfortunately getting a problem that I'm not receiving mail here, 
When I tries to sent mail from another ID (For example  abc@gmail.com so that gmail ID get bounce mail info) 

Let me know where I'm incorrect and what I have to correct.

I've already sent mail on supoort at zohomail dot com regarding same issue and waiting for reply.
