Not receiving mails/ unable to send mails

Dear Zoho Support Team,

I am not receiving mails for the past 2 days.

As far as sending mails is concerned, I can send mails to other domains but not receiving replies. Also, cannot send mails to other users of my domain.

Pls fix this on priority. v urgent
